North Fork, East End of Long Island Retirement/Vacation Condos for Sale

When a foot of snow is the sight present at my front door, it occurs to me that owning a property absent certain time consuming tasks might be a great idea. The following figures, obtained from MLSLI, are reported contracts on the North fork of Long Island for the month of February. The results? A 50% drop in activity from February 2008…

The real estate numbers are not nearly as pretty as the foot of snow in my front yard.

February under contract homes demonstrate a median listing price decrease of approximately 17% over 2008.
