Turns out that rich folks run into money problems too. Some of those properties are likely second homes for Manhattan dwellers. With Wall St gearing for major layoffs there’s probably more to come.

Let’s hope not, but acknowledgement of the problem will hopefully compel local agents to brush up on their knowledge of the process, in order to assist homeowners. These are certainly challenging times. Thank you for the comment.
